City College Police Station The City College Police facility is located on the bottom level of the Career Technologies Center (CTC) at City College, at 1081 16th Street. The facility, which opened in April 2011, has a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification. The new headquarters for City College Campus Police also includes a new parking structure with 694 stalls, including 33 for high fuel efficiency vehicles.
