All San Diego Community College District
college campuses are non-public forums, except for the designated
free speech areas.
Free speech areas have been
designated on all campuses to maximize the opportunity for free
discussion and expression, while minimizing the potential for
disruption of classroom and college activities and interference with
the ability of the students to obtain an education. Free speech
areas are available during the normal hours of college
operation.
Below you will find additional information and locations of the free
speech areas for each college campus, as well as this link
from the American Civil Liberties Union (A.C.L.U.) regarding your
rights when stopped by the police.
If you have any additional questions concerning
the free speech areas, you may contact any of the college campuses
Student Affairs offices.
