The Parking Services administrative offices are centrally located in Mission Valley at: 1536 Frazee Rd., 1st floor Our hours are: 07:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Mon. - Thurs. and 07:30 - 12:00 noon Fridays You may pay your parking citations in person at this location with cash, Visa, MasterCard or a Visa/MasterCard Debit Card. Checks are not accepted. Parking citations may be appealed at either www.paysdccd.com or in person at the police offices at City College, Mesa College or Miramar College by submitting a Parking Waiver Form. |
