Get Copies of Police Reports
Crime, arrest and traffic accident reports prepared by College Police are maintained by the
San Diego Police Department under an agreement with that agency. Reports are normally completed
within three (3) working days. Copies of these reports can be obtained from the San Diego Police
Records Division. All requests for copies of reports must be made through the U.S. mail and
accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of $7.00 and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
All requests must include the following information in order to be processed:
(1) Case number (if available)
(2) Names of parties involved
(3) Location of incident occurrence
(4) Date of incident occurrence

The Records Division takes approximately five (5) working days to process requests.
Reports are normally made available to parties named in the reports, their attorneys or representatives.
