TIMELY WARNING - SEXUAL BATTERY AT CITY COLLEGE
Please be on alert. On March 3, 2015, SDCCD Police Department received a report of a sexual battery that occurred on March 3, 2015 at approximately 8:10 p.m.
The sexual battery occurred as the victim was walking from the campus. The suspect followed the victim from C Street near the AH-Building, pulled her behind a dumpster on the west side of the LRC and placed her in a “bear hug” and grabbed her groin area. The suspect let her go but continued to follow her toward the L-Building where he grabbed her again and placed her in another “bear hug” and tried to unzip her pants. The suspect let the victim go and she went inside the cafeteria and the suspect left the area.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his mid-30’s, about 5' 2", approximately 150 lbs, wearing a blue shirt, and black baggy pants.
